UNICA DONNA MEMBERSHIP

As a Member you save Fashion Pearls with every order that can be exchanged for nice gifts, discounts or special offers. For every €1 you spend in our webshop, you will receive 5 Fashion Pearls. To save Fashion Pearls, you must be logged in to your customer account when placing your order. Don't have a customer account yet? Then create it here.

GAME RULES
With our membership you can save for coupons, nice gifts and discounts. The products you can save for may vary per season and while stocks last. The following general savings conditions apply here. By using the Unica Donna Membership, you declare that you have taken note of these general Member Terms and Conditions and you agree to them.

SAVE FASHION PEARLS
Per customer account it is possible to save Pearls. Pearls are only provided with the orders placed on our website. The saved Pearls are calculated per order after the approval period of 14 days. After these 14 days the return right expires and the points will be credited. Earned Pearls will be rounded down per order. You can exchange the Fashion Pearls you have saved for the available savings products or discounts in the savings program against the specified number of Pearls. If products are stated against an incorrect number of Pearls, Unica Donna reserves the right to cancel the order. The spent Pearls will be refunded.

VALIDITY OF THE FASHION PEARLS
The validity of the saved Fashion Pearls is unlimited. The saved Pearls can only be exchanged for products / discounts / offers from the savings system. Fashion Pearls are not paid out.

DELIVERY OF SAVINGS PRODUCTS
Products from the savings program cannot be returned.

LIABILITY
Unica Donna is not liable for the fraudulent use of Fashion Pearls. If you suspect that an incorrect credit or debit has taken place, you are obliged to report this in writing to Unica Donna.

CHANGES MEMBER PROGRAM
Unica Donna reserves the right to extend savings products or savings discounts, to change them or to add new Fashion Pearls. Unica Donna also reserves the right to change the required number of Pearls that must be exchanged for a savings product / savings discount.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
You can terminate your participation in our Membership program at any time. You can do this by informing Unica Donna by e-mail. In the event of fraud, the provision of incomplete or incorrect information or you act contrary to our savings program conditions, we can terminate your registration with immediate effect and cancel the saved number of Fashion Pearls. We reserve the right to adjust or terminate the value of the Fashion Pearls or the details of the savings programme.
