Shipping & Returns
Delivery time
Your order will normally be sent within 2 to 3 working days. If an order cannot be sent within 2-3 working days because it is not in stock, we will contact you and make arrangements about a modified delivery time.
Shipping costs
We send the orders via B-post or via PostNL. All packages are sent insured. The shipping costs are:
- Belgium: €7.50
- Netherlands: €11.50
- Luxembourg: €11.50
- Germany: €11.50
- France: €13.50
- Spain: €20
Shipping is FREE from a purchase amount of €100. (Spain from €149,-)
Payment options
You can pay securely with us via Bancontact, Visa & Mastercard. As soon as we have received the purchase amount, we will ship the order within 2 to 3 working days.
To transfer
If you choose Advance Transfer, you must place the order and choose this option. After you have placed the order, you can transfer the amount to account number BE73 1431 1847 1760 in the name of. UNICA DONNA BV . Mention as a description the order number that you receive from us with the order confirmation. Take into account a transfer period of approximately 2 working days. As soon as we have received the total amount on the account, the order will be processed and the item will be sent to you within 2 to 3 days.
Returns
Displeased? All items can be returned. Send us an e-mail / private message via our facebook page within 5 working days of receiving your order which items and the reason you want to return. Pack the return shipment carefully with the completed return form. (download the return form here) As soon as we have received the package back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days at the latest. The return costs are for your account.
You can also return the package to the store yourself.
IMPORTANT: All items must be returned in their original condition and with the return form! The items must not have been worn or washed and must bear the original labels! During the sales period or discounted items CANNOT be returned! Earrings can NOT be returned for hygienic reasons!
exchange
Do you want to exchange in a different size or color? Let us know by e-mail / private message via our facebook page in which size / color you wish to exchange. You send the package back to us together with the completed return form at your own expense. (download the return form here) As soon as we have received the package back, we will send the replacement item back to you at our expense in a different size / color. If the size / color is no longer in stock, we will let you know and the purchase amount will be refunded.
Would you like to exchange for another item? Let us know by e-mail / private message via our facebook page in which article and in which size / color you wish to exchange. You send the package back to us together with the completed return form at your own expense. (download the return form here) We will send you the other item at our expense.
You may also return the package to the store yourself and choose another item on site.
During the sales period or discounted items CANNOT be exchanged!

Gift Service
Do you want to make someone happy with a gift voucher? You can choose physical shipping or digital shipping.
- Physical: The gift voucher will be beautifully wrapped and sent by post for free! You can also have a gift voucher delivered to the person for whom the gift is intended.
- Digital: The gift voucher will arrive in your mailbox the same day.
A gift voucher can be topped up in the store and is valid for 1 year after the date of issue. Gift vouchers cannot be returned/exchanged!
